Why I Created Be Your Best Academy of Marbella
The personal story behind the Academy — in Iryna's own words.
Why I created this Academy
Every child is born with potential — but potential alone is not enough. When I was young, I was ambitious. I loved modelling and beauty competitions and dreamed of opportunities at the highest level. Yet I didn't always know where to find the biggest opportunities, whom to approach, how to present myself or how to ask for guidance — and I didn't yet have the confidence to say, “Why not me?”
Looking back, I believe that if someone had taught me then the things I teach my students today — how to communicate, present myself, seek opportunities, find mentors, aim higher and not reject myself before anyone else has even had the chance to say yes — I could have used so much more of my potential. That is what I want to give my students, much earlier in life.
That belief is why I created Be Your Best Academy of Marbella: a place where children, teenagers and adults develop practical everyday skills alongside the confidence to use them, learning to recognise opportunities, challenge themselves and have the courage to try. My goal is not to prepare every student for the same future — it is to help each one use more of their potential, whatever they choose to do with their life.
I want every student to leave with the confidence and life skills I wish someone had taught me — and to carry them for the rest of their life.
